Right in the heart of Qiandeng Lake, Foshan (Greater Bay Area, China), the Hongyu·GDC International Science & Racing Center has officially opened. Covering more than 10,000㎡, it is China’s first world-class RC racing facility — and the world’s only all-in-one RC hub.
Four professional tracks are available:
- Outdoor asphalt on-road track (3,300㎡ | 1/8, 1/10, 1/12, GT, electric & nitro)
- Indoor clay off-road track (1,300㎡ | 1/8 & 1/10 off-road, electric & nitro)
- Indoor asphalt multi-purpose arena (1,000㎡ | RC drifting, crawlers, scale engineering, mini RC, and more)
- Indoor crawler course (supports 1/24, 1/10, 1/8 competitions)
Just 30 minutes away, the Foshan GDC RC Club (opened in 2023) continues to operate with an indoor carpet on-road track and an indoor off-road track, both open year-round for races and daily practice. Together, the two venues form a “Twin-Star RC Layout,” positioning Foshan as a true hub for RC activities.
Looking ahead: In 2026, the Hongyu·GDC Racing Center will host the IFMAR ISTC 1/10 Electric Touring Car World Championship and the 1/12 Electric On-Road World Championship, welcoming the world’s top RC drivers for a true world-class showdown.
